Job summary

Puffy, a nine-figure D2C brand and top US mattress player, seeks a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine on Google and Meta. You will control strategy, systems, measurement, and team, reporting directly to the CEO.

You’ll build the decision systems, guardrails, and creative pipeline to maximize contribution margin while scaling the revenue engine with minimal executive oversight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with sustained ownership of $1M+/month on Google and Meta
• Ability to design and govern spend, pause, and scale logic
• Experience building or restructuring a performance marketing function
