Job summary

eComplete Group is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to lead paid search strategy across a portfolio of DTC ecommerce brands. You will own campaign delivery, optimization, reporting and client communications, working closely with our performance team.

You should thrive on detail, enjoy mentoring junior colleagues, and bring a strong ROAS mindset to grow revenue across search, shopping and Performance Max while aligning with broader paid media plans.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years managing paid media, at an agency or a DTC eCommerce brand.
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Clear focus on ROAS, CPA and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery of paid search campaigns across Google and related channels.
• Develop testing programmes, hypotheses and KPI-driven optimization.
• Own ROAS, CPA, revenue reporting and client communication.
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with the wider paid media team.
