Aspect Resources Limited seeks a Head of Purchase to Pay Operations in Birmingham. The role is hybrid with up to 3 days on site per week, and a 12-month contract. The daily rate is £650 (Umbrella), with Inside IR35 status.

You will lead P2P policy implementation, collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensure compliance, drive improvements, and oversee the integration of P2P and Shared Services teams into a high-performing function.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in P2P/Accounts Payable or Shared Services.
• Proven track record leading large-scale operational transformation programmes.
• Experience implementing policies, processes and controls in a complex organisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of P2P policies, processes, communications, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement new policies and operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with P2P policies through governance, controls and performance monitoring.
• Drive process improvements and change initiatives with business readiness and adoption in mind.
• Oversee integration of P2P Support, Transactions and Shared Services into a single function.
