McLaren Racing is seeking a Head of Organisational Effectiveness to lead people strategies for one of our F1 Technical teams. You will work closely with senior leaders, turning priorities into practical actions that strengthen leadership, culture and performance.

You will coach leaders, balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery, and shape organisation design, workforce and succession planning to deliver results under pressure.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior People or HR roles within elite performance, engineering or fast-paced technical environments.
• Proven leadership coaching to improve leader effectiveness, communication, decision-making and accountability.
• Strong organisational development and change management expertise delivering high-impact people solutions.
• Experience across organisational design, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning and leadership development.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery in complex environments.

• Understand performance drivers using data, judgement and on-ground insights.
