Job summary

Ofgem, the energy regulator for Great Britain, is seeking a Head of Organisational Development & Design to set the strategic direction for organisational design, development and people change. You will ensure leadership capability and ways of working enable delivery of long-term objectives.

The role reports to the Deputy Director of Organisational Effectiveness & Capability, leading OD&D across design, development, learning and inclusion-related capability, with governance and transformation

Qualifications

• OD&D strategy, standards, governance and investment decisions.
• Leads organisational design, development, learning and inclusion capability.
• Ensures EDI and engagement embedded in design, capability and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across organisational design, development, learning and inclusion capability.
• Sponsor and assure OD-led transformation using organisational health insights.
• Ensure EDI and engagement are embedded in design, capability and governance.
