HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Director for Active Fire to lead UK-wide project delivery and build high-performing teams. You will drive safety, schedule, and budget compliance while delivering excellent client outcomes and commercial performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within Active Fire.
• Experience delivering Fire Alarm projects.
• Experience managing multiple Project Managers and large portfolios.
• Commercial awareness with responsibility for project performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of multiple Active Fire projects across the UK.
• Managing and developing a team of Project Managers and delivery professionals.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high standards.
• Building and maintaining key client relationships.
• Driving commercial performance across the project portfolio.
• Supporting business growth and operational improvements.
• Shaping delivery strategy with senior leadership.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practice.
