Safer Hand Solutions is seeking an ambitious Head of Operations to join their senior leadership team in Stone. You will oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple teams, driving quality, productivity, customer service and performance while translating strategy into actionable plans.

You will lead from the front, motivate managers, and shape continuous improvement across operations, ensuring excellence remains at the heart of the business.

• At least 5 years' experience within an operational leadership or service delivery environment.
• Experience managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and delivering results.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Safer Hand Solutions are partnered with a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation that is seeking an ambitious and hands-on Head of Operations to join their senior leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven operational leader who thrives on motivating teams, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. The Role Reporting into the HR Director, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational delivery of services across multiple teams, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, customer service, and performance are consistently achieved.

You will play a key role in translating business strategy into actionable plans, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence remains at the heart of everything the business delivers.
