Places Leisure is seeking a Head of Operational Optimisation to spearhead data-driven resource management and cost control across its leisure sites. You will enhance labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to ensure the right colleagues and resources are in the right place at the right time to meet operational and commercial goals.

Travel to sites is typical at 2–3 days per week. You will work with operational leaders, Finance and central teams to identify efficiencies, develop practical

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in labour planning and cost transformation.
• Experience forecasting operational demand and translating into practical labour plans.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills to build models and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of data-led approaches to manage resources and costs across Places Leisure.
• Improve labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Identify efficiencies, reduce avoidable spend and develop robust cost models.
• Support refits, bids and growth opportunities with realistic payback assumptions.
