Aviva is seeking a seasoned Head of Operational Data & Integration to shape data foundations across the group. You’ll lead the architecture vision for creating, managing and integrating data across operational systems, enterprise platforms and customer services, partnering with the Data CIO and Group COO.

You’ll build a high-performing team, set standards and patterns, and drive data, analytics and AI strategy while balancing delivery and long-term architecture goals across multiple UK locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale data and integration strategies.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate tech into business value.
• Deep knowledge of modern data, cloud, and integration technologies.
• Experience building and leading architecture or engineering teams in large orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Data and Integration architecture for Aviva.
• Define target-state architecture for operational, master and reference data.
• Create standards, patterns and frameworks for fast, safe delivery.
• Develop and grow a high-performing architecture team.
