Job summary

HIVED, based in London, is building Europe’s first 100% electric, climate-conscious parcel network. As Head of Network Ops, you’ll lead a 24/7 operation across geographies, balancing quality and cost per collected parcel while driving scalability and automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations management experience across logistics, last-mile, or eCommerce.
• Strong people management skills with experience leading large, decentralised teams.
• Experience building SOPs and tracking KPIs through a team.
• Data-driven, structured problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Network Ops deliverables and ensure processes are followed.
• Represent the Network Ops function to internal and external stakeholders up to executive level.
• Create a high-performing team with clear accountabilities and development plans.
• Act as a key escalation point for Network Ops issues.
• Define operating rhythms, frameworks, and cadences for Network Ops.
• Support budgeting and adherence to plan exercises; define and own the vision/strategy for Network Ops.
• Develop long-term strategy and roadmap to scale HIVED's Network Ops across geographies.
• Collaborate with Run Time Ops to develop best practices and ways of working.
• Provide input to Planning on network design and key decision areas.
