Job summary

HIVED is a London-based climate-tech startup building an all-electric first/middle-mile network. As Head of Network Ops, you will own the execution and performance of our 24/7 network, leading a multi-shift team across geographies to balance cost and quality.

You will design scalable processes, partner with executives, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and compliance. This hybrid role offers strong progression and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations management across logistics, last-mile, or eCommerce.
• Strong people manager with experience in managing large, decentralized teams.
• Experience building SOPs and managing KPIs through a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Network Ops 24/7 across multiple shifts.
• Develop and refine operating rhythms, frameworks and cadences.
• Balance cost per collected parcel with high service quality.
• Represent NOps to execs, shippers and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Run Time Ops and other leaders.
