Job description

We are seeking a Head of Medical Assistance to join us in leading our travel assistance and medical repatriation services. The role involves strategic oversight, coordination of medical services, and supervision of nursing staff in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure high-quality care during emergency situations.

This position is based in our Redhill office on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leadership and Management: Manage the medical assistance team, develop departmental policies, and enhance service delivery.
  2. Strategic Planning: Work with the COO to define vision and objectives, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  3. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, monitor service metrics, and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for key partners and clients, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  5. Crisis Management: Lead emergency responses and develop crisis protocols.
  6. Training and Development: Identify training needs and conduct professional development sessions.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare performance reports and analyze data for strategic decisions.
