Job summary

Clarus Education is assisting a forward-thinking secondary school in Hertfordshire to recruit a Head of Maths, with start dates available in January or April. You will lead and develop a high-performing Maths department, drive outstanding teaching across KS3–KS5, and use data to raise attainment and progress.

The role offers strong CPD opportunities within a supportive culture. The ideal candidate holds UK QTS, is an excellent classroom practitioner, and is passionate about improving outcomes
