Job summary

• Be accountable for highest standards of pupil achievement in Maths, monitoring progress and setting targets.
• Lead, develop and enhance teaching practice of Maths teachers; evaluate teaching quality.
• Lead strategic direction and management of the Maths area; implement policies and plans.
• Line manage Maths teachers.
