Commify is seeking a Head of Marketing (UKI) to lead field marketing and demand generation for the UK and Ireland region. You will partner with the CMO, UKI Leadership Team, and HQ stakeholders to transform a regional approach into a globally aligned, locally executed model, driving revenue growth.

You bring 8+ years of marketing experience, with 4+ in leadership, and a strong CPaaS/UCaaS or Business Messaging background.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of dynamic marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership or people manager role within an international or cross-functional matrix organisation.
• Experience in CPaaS, UCaaS, or Business Messaging is essential.
• Measurable track record in performance marketing with pipeline/revenue growth targets.
• GTM strategies: positioning, messaging, and multi-channel execution.

Aufgaben

• Own the UKI marketing strategy and demand generation, tailoring global strategy locally.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, ABM, webinars, events) to hit pipeline targets.
• Build, mentor, and scale the UKI marketing team and manage the budget.
• Collaborate with HQ and Sales to enable growth and ensure alignment.
