Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Head of Marketing Insights & Reporting to lead a high‑performing team turning customer and marketing data into actionable intelligence that drives growth. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and sits in a hybrid setup with travel. The base salary is up to £85,000 plus bonus, car allowance and benefits.

You will develop advanced analytics capabilities, governance and predictive models to inform strategy and optimize ROI across our automotive brands.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data analytics, customer insight or data science teams within a complex, multi-channel business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a trusted marketing measurement framework across channels.
• Develop attribution models, predictive insights and customer intelligence.
• Maximise value of Salesforce Single Customer View to improve acquisition, retention and CLV.
• Champion the use of AI, ML and automation in reporting, forecasting and customer understanding.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, Finance, IT and BI teams to deliver scalable insights solutions.
• Bridge between technical experts and senior stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing insight and reporting team.
• Ensure governance, data quality and compliance across customer insight and reporting.
