Job summary

Lithia UK Head Office is seeking a strategic Head of Marketing Insights & Reporting to lead data, insight and analytics across our automotive brands. You will build advanced measurement frameworks, develop attribution and predictive models, and translate data into clear recommendations for growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data analytics, customer insight or data science teams within a complex business.
• Proven track record delivering marketing attribution, ROI measurement and marketing mix modelling.
• Strong expertise in predictive analytics, customer segmentation, forecasting and CLV.
• Experience with a unified customer data environment, ideally Salesforce.
• Experience applying AI, ML and automation to improve insight and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a trusted marketing measurement framework with clear ROI and CLV insights.
• Develop attribution models, predictive insights and customer intelligence for strategic decisions.
• Maximise value of Salesforce SCV to improve acquisition, retention and relationships.
• Champion AI, ML and automation to enhance reporting, forecasting and understanding.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Data Engineering and BI teams to deliver scalable insight solutions.
• Bridge between technical teams and senior stakeholders to influence performance.
