The Channel Recruiter Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to shape growth across ecommerce, brand and product by turning customer insight into commercial growth.

You will partner with the MD to set strategy, challenge existing approaches and uncover new opportunities to attract, convert and retain customers. You will also develop the team behind that ambition, building capability and confidence to test new ideas.

Formación

• Senior marketing leadership experience in ecommerce or marketplace.
• Proven track record across brand and product marketing.
• Experience setting global or multi-market strategies and measurable growth.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Controls budgets and agency relationships with clear commercial priorities.
• Experience building high-performing marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative with senior leaders across the business.
• Commercial judgement and curiosity; ready to challenge norms.
• CIM Level 6 or equivalent qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Set direction of customer-focused marketing strategy to drive ecommerce growth.
• Shape brand and product messaging with clear value propositions.
• Lead growth initiatives; improve acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Develop and coach the marketing team to higher performance.
• Own plans, budgets, agencies and campaigns delivering measurable results.
• Partner with Sales, Analytics, Pricing and Tech to align goals.
• Deliver marketing that supports client success and marketplaces growth.
