Maxwell Bond have partnered with a high-profile luxury hospitality group based in Soho, who are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing/ Marketing Director to join their team on a full-time basis.

They have 6 venues across London, and have big expansion plans for the remainder of 2025 and 2026. They are looking for someone who has luxury hospitality expertise who has a passion for storytelling, brand building and innovation.

About you

• Luxury hospitality experience
• Experience managing more than one brand at a time; either in house or agency
• Team leadership experience; you will have 3 direct reports but be responsible for overseeing a team of 15+
• Proven experience of executing impactful campaigns across content, social media, digital, influencer, events and PR
• Commercially focused, with experience managing high budgets, forecasting and driving ROI
• 20% bonus
• 50% off when visiting the venues
