Head of Marketing | Gaming & Entertainment

• Up to £70k
• Office-based, on-site – Central London
• ASAP start (will wait for notice period for the right candidate)

We are delighted to be working with a leading entertainment giant seeking an ambitious Head of Marketing. This exciting opportunity is a newly created role created due to rapid expansion and offers ample opportunity for growth and progression. Leading strategy across product, e-commerce & social media, this high-impact role is ideally suited to a creative marketing professional with a gaming or entertainment background. A role not to be missed!

Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing strategy across digital, social, and community channel
• Oversee campaigns that drive e-commerce growth and audience engagement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence
• Develop innovative marketing initiatives to expand audience reach
• Lead and mentor the existing marketing team
• Identify new marketing channels and opportunities for growth

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of marketing experience from a gaming or entertainment background
• Prior management experience with the confidence to lead a team
• Strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or community-focused brands
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media (including TikTok), and community building
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, Shopify will be highly advantageous!
