The Mission

Ignite viral demand build magnetic narratives and convert free users into passionate premium advocates while propelling the business from early traction to ten million ARR and beyond. You will architect a data driven creative GTM engine that fuses PR influencer firepower content led storytelling and product led growth to dominate existing channels and create entirely new ones.

What You Will Own

• Craft and activate the GTM masterplan that aligns product positioning pricing and distribution with aggressive ARR goals.

• Design an acquisition funnel that delights prospects from first touch through premium upgrade and expansion using PLG principles and conversion rate optimisation best practice.

• Lead discovery signing and co marketing of high impact partnerships with platforms marketplaces agencies and strategic brands.

• Orchestrate always on performance marketing paid social search programmatic retargeting and bold guerrilla tactics amplified by earned media moments.

• Build and run an influencer and creator ecosystem that sparks viral loops and turns product launches into cultural events.

• Engineer PR Social strategies that secure top tier coverage shape thought leadership and define entirely new product categories.

• Launch content led growth engines that blend editorial social video and interactive formats to seed communities and drive organic lift.

• Champion brand narrative and visual identity ensuring every touchpoint radiates clarity aspiration and reach.

• Build and coach a multidisciplinary squad across demand gen lifecycle marketing content community and communications while serving as a thought leader across product and sales.

• Own budget forecasts CAC payback LTV and pipeline velocity partnering with Finance to keep spend efficient and results compounding.

• Stand up an analytics stack that tracks every click cohort and dollar then use those insights to prioritise experiments and scale wins.

You Bring

• Proven record of scaling a minimum of two SaaS businesses from zero to ten million ARR as senior marketing leader.

• Ten plus years across B2B and B2C software with deep expertise in PLG funnels premium monetisation rapid experimentation and new category creation.

• Mastery of digital acquisition levers including search social display email affiliates viral loops and high impact PR moments plus hands on fluency with the MarTech stack.

• Portfolio of headline grabbing PR wins and influencer programs that generated viral reach and tangible revenue impact.

• Battle tested experience structuring and growing high value partnerships and marketplace channels.

• Strategic storyteller with a designer eye able to turn complex product value into crisp unforgettable messaging.

• Analytical powerhouse comfortable modelling scenarios in SQL or spreadsheets yet equally at ease pitching vision to board and investors.

• Inspirational people leader who attracts mentors and scales diverse high energy teams in fast moving start ups.
