Job summary

JCB Cab Systems is seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, owning Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (SQDCP) performance while driving continuous improvement across the site.

You will collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance and senior leadership to deliver sustainable operational performance and develop high‑performing teams that thrive in a fast‑paced production environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven track record delivering Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets.
• Experience leading Production, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across operations, engineering, purchasing and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all operational departments.
• Drive SQDCP targets and implement operational strategies.
• Lead and develop Production Managers, Group Leaders and teams.
• Ensure resources and capacity meet operational requirements.
• Manage budgets and control costs; monitor performance.
