Responsibilities

• Uphold cleaning standards ensuring guest areas meet high standards.
• Manage inventory, procurement and budgeting for housekeeping supplies.
• Collaborate with front-of-house, maintenance and events teams to ensure seamless service.
• Implement health, safety and environmental policies in line with UK regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in housekeeping practices.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Prepare regular reports on performance, occupancy trends and quality audits for senior management.
