Job summary

Encirc is seeking a Head of Logistics at Derrylin to lead transport, despatch and site warehouse operations across Derrylin and Ballyconnell. You will drive inbound and outbound material flow, inventory positioning and OTIF performance within a 24/7, high‑performing team.

The role requires a Degree/Masters in a related field, mandatory Transport Manager CPC, and proven capability in fleet operations, warehouse efficiency and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Business Administration.
• Transport Manager CPC is mandatory.
• NEBOSH or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading fleet operations, driver management, transport planning and scheduling.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse operations to support manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Derrylin site transport and despatch operations and inbound/outbound material flow.
• Oversee warehouse operations at Derrylin and Ballyconnell to optimise stock and storage.
• Plan and execute transport activities to maximise service and control costs.
• Coordinate raw material scheduling and finished goods despatch to meet OTIF targets.
• Manage Encirc-owned fleet with compliance to O Licence and safety standards.
