Aspire Recruitment is seeking a Head of Lettings for a permanent, office-based role in Merseyside. The successful candidate will oversee the lettings department, manage end-to-end processes and lead a team from the Liverpool City Centre base.

You will drive business growth, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with UK lettings legislation while building strong landlord relationships in a dynamic property management business.

Qualifications

• 4 years in lettings and property management.
• Management level experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, coach and mentor lettings staff to achieve KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with current UK lettings legislation across the department.
• Drive revenue growth by securing landlord instructions and expanding service offerings.
