Leaders, part of LRG, Warrington, now seeks a Lettings Consultant to drive frontline sales, viewings and tenancy negotiations within a busy estate agency. You will deliver exceptional customer service both on the phone and in person, registering applicants and pursuing new opportunities to grow the lettings business.

You will be a motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to build lasting relationships and adapt to change while aiming for branch targets in a lively team environment.

Formación

• Experience within sales and customer service.
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
• Be responsive to change.
• A full UK driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants.
• Booking and carrying out property viewings.
• Negotiating and agreeing tenancies.
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
• Representing the company in a professional manner.
• Building strong relationships internally and externally.
