Job summary

Harvey is redefining how legal services operate with AI-powered solutions and top-tier expertise. This role supports customers by applying legal experience to show how Harvey’s tools improve day-to-day workflows and outcomes.

As a Legal Engineer, you’ll build trust with law firms and in-house teams, conduct targeted demonstrations, and collaborate with Account Executives to secure the best fit for clients while championing client feedback to product teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in England & Wales with at least 3 years of experience at a top-tier UK firm.
• Fluent or Native Arabic speaker.
• Executive engagement skills with ability to build credibility with decision makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Harvey’s AI solutions.
• Establish credibility as a legal expert addressing specific problems and drafting/analysing provisions and documents.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to various law firm practice groups and in-house teams.
• Partner with marketing to develop content tailored to lawyers and practice areas.
• Act as Voice of the Customer to help sales and product teams with feedback from a legal perspective.
• Tailor introductions of new solutions to customer needs.
• Improve Harvey’s market perception as credible and helpful for lawyers.
• Conduct research on customers and competitors.
• Travel may be required to customer or office locations.
