Job summary

Leigh Academy Tonbridge is seeking a Head of Learning - Geography. You will lead the Geography department, shape the curriculum, and inspire a culture of high expectations. The role offers autonomy to drive learning and develop students as global citizens, with training provided where needed.

This is a permanent position with MPS/UPS based on experience and a dedicated TLR. Experience with IB Diploma geography is desirable but not essential, and the school values professional growth and

As Head of Learning - Geography, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the curriculum and inspire the next generation of global citizens and active learners. Experience of teaching IB Diploma level Geography is desired but not essential, and full training will be provided for the right candidate.
