Job summary

Lea Manor High School is seeking an outstanding Head of Geography to lead our Geography department. This full-time role starts January 2027 and is based at Lea Manor High School, Luton.

You will drive high standards of teaching and pupil outcomes, with responsibility for safeguarding and the wellbeing of students. The post offers MPS/UPS plus a TLR2B.

Permanent contract within a forward‑looking trust, with strong CPD and a collaborative leadership team.
