Ocado Logistics is hiring an Analytics Manager to shape how data informs decisions across operations, workforce planning and financial modelling. You will lead a 3–5 person analytics team, delivering high-value insights and collaborating with senior stakeholders across Logistics, Planning, Finance and Technology.
The role combines hands-on analytics with strategic leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Qualifikationen
- At least five years' experience in analytical roles, ideally within retail, logistics or operational environments, with a degree-level qualification.
- Strong technical foundations in SQL and Python with hands-on analytics delivery.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure/Snowflake/Databricks) and AI tooling.
Aufgaben
- Turn data into actionable insights to improve operational performance, workforce planning and financial modelling.
- Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Analysts and Senior Analysts, prioritising work and building capability.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Logistics Operations, Planning, Finance and Technology to deliver analytical solutions.
