Ocado Logistics is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Planning & Analytics team on a hybrid basis in Hatfield. You will drive data-led improvements across routing, network planning, labour, and performance reporting, translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.

You’ll partner with data engineers and cross-functional teams to build scalable data models, dashboards, and tools that shape routing, fulfilment, and operational efficiency across our logistics network.

Formación

• Experience as an Analyst in a large data or complex operational environment.
• Strong SQL and data tool experience (Excel, VBA, Python or R).
• Exposure to dbt or similar modern data transformation frameworks is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive analytics to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities from data.
• Collaborate with data engineers to evolve a common data model for your domain.
• Design dashboards and reports translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Lead analytics projects and mentor junior team members.
• Identify improvements in core business processes to influence KPIs.
• Stay abreast of industry analytics trends and techniques.
