Ocado Group is seeking an Analytics Manager for Central Data Products to set strategic direction for BI and agentic analytics across the organization. You will lead a dedicated team, drive unified platform standards, and evolve from traditional BI to AI-assisted data access.

You will own internal reporting tools and partner-facing data products, including OSP Insights, ensuring robust evaluation, semantic alignment, and value realization for stakeholders globally.

Qualificações

• Proven track record setting organizational BI strategy
• Strong end-to-end product management experience with data products
• Understanding of agentic data access concepts (plugins, skills, MCP)
• Solid technical foundation in SQL, data warehousing, semantic layer BI tools (Looker)
• Ability to translate analytics into commercial value stories
• Experience managing and developing teams

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the group-wide BI strategy
• Lead Looker and Celonis Centres of Excellence
• Roll out agentic analytics enabling self-serve access to certified data
• Partner with Analytics Engineering to migrate semantic layer with dbt MetricFlow
• Establish evaluation frameworks, telemetry, and logging for AI accuracy and performance
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for OSP Insights
• Define commercial and operational value stories for data products
• Maintain a controlled, outcome-driven roadmap
• Collaborate with Partner Success on onboarding and support workflows
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team
