• Define and deliver a clear, practical IT roadmap.
• Improve structure, governance, and day‑to‑day service delivery.
• Strengthen cyber security, resilience, and recovery capability.
• Manage suppliers, contracts, and technology partners.
• Lead and develop a small IT team.
