Job summary

Head of IT role based in Bristol with hybrid working and 3 days on-site. You will own the technology estate, lead a small IT team and shape strategy alongside the CEO, taking responsibility for operations, security and compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget oversight and governance across AWS, on-premise and cloud services in a regulated environment. Strong cybersecurity and supplier management are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across IT operations, systems engineering and infrastructure management.
• Previous experience leading, developing and mentoring IT teams.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong networking fundamentals.
• Practical cybersecurity experience.
• Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Proven experience managing third-party suppliers, contracts and technology budgets.
