Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an IT team, degree-level qualification and ongoing industry standard training.
• Strong leadership, organisational and management skills with ability to delegate responsibilities.
• Experience with cyber security principles and IT infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team, set objectives, monitor performance and conduct reviews.
• Ensure availability, performance and reliability of all IT systems and services.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement and relationships with external suppliers.
• Coordinate projects, upgrades and deployments and support AI initiatives.
