Job summary

TRIA in Sutton is seeking an experienced IT Manager/Head of IT to shape the long-term IT strategy in a newly created leadership role within a well-established school. You will lead the IT function, infrastructure and digital roadmap, working across teaching and operations to drive innovation and secure systems.

This hands-on leadership position requires strong infrastructure, security and vendor management skills, with clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IT function in education or similar sector.
• Proven track record delivering technology strategies.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on with infrastructure and security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school's IT function, infrastructure and digital strategy.
• Deliver technology projects and oversee cyber security and compliance.
• Manage suppliers, budgets and long-term technology planning.
• Support senior leadership and ensure on-site delivery, Monday to Friday.
