Job summary

Carrington Recruitment Solutions seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect in Leeds to lead IT Architecture, Data, and Data Governance. You will define strategy and roadmaps, design scalable cloud/SaaS solutions, and provide hands-on leadership to influence senior stakeholders.

The role requires a blended IT Architecture/Data governance background, with strong communication and experience in regulated or professional services environments. Hybrid work with travel across the UK is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience defining strategy, standards, governance and roadmaps in complex environments.
• Proven leadership in enterprise architecture with data architecture exposure.
• Familiarity with regulated or professional services contexts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job description

Salary: £110,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven enterprise architecture leadership experience, including data architecture.
• Experience defining strategy, standards, governance and roadmaps in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of business, application, data, integration and technology architecture.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient and supportable solutions across cloud and SaaS environments.
• Good knowledge of data governance, AI governance, risk, assurance and control.
• The ability to explain complex topics clearly and influence senior stakeholders with credibility.
• Experience in a regulated or professional services environment would be advantageous.
• A blended background in IT Architecture, Data and Data Governance.
• Familiarity with CISO set‑ups.
• Hands‑on and strategic leadership experience.
• A technical background such as Solution Architecture or Data Architecture, progressing into leadership.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
