Job summary

Carrington Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Head of IT Architecture & Data for a Central London role with hybrid/part-remote arrangements. You will lead enterprise architecture and data governance across the firm, shape strategy and roadmaps, and interact with senior stakeholders while travelling to UK sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on architectural experience, leadership credentials, and a track record in professional services or law firm environments.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise architecture leadership experience, including data architecture.
• Experience defining strategy, standards, governance and roadmaps in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of business, application, data, integration and technology architecture.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient cloud/SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, AI governance, risk, assurance and control.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated or professional services environments is advantageous.

Job description

Head of IT Architecture & Data, Data Governance, Central London, Part Remote

Head of IT Architecture & Data required to work for an exciting Law Firm based in Central London. This will be a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office circa 2 days per week, along with travelling to other UK sites on occasions.

We need someone with a blended background within IT Architecture, along with Data and Data Governance. You will be very familiar with CISO set-ups too and will be hands on, as well as strategic. Ideally we are looking for someone from a Law Firm background, or Professional Services at the very least.

Ideally you will come from a technical background, whether this be Solution Architecture or Data Architecture and have then blossomed into Leadership. You MUST have proven Leadership skills too.

Experience Required:
