LGPS Central Ltd is seeking a Director of Operations to shape and lead the operational platform across public markets, private markets, real estate, and associated services. You will partner with Risk, Clients and Investment teams to enable growth, resilience and regulatory readiness.

In this senior role you will develop a multi-year operations strategy, drive automation and data quality, lead transitions and outsourcing decisions, and build a high-performing team capable of delivering strategic

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience within asset management or institutional investment.
• Deep understanding of investment operations across asset classes.
• Experience designing scalable operating models for complex strategies.
• Strong knowledge of custody, fund administration, depositary and outsourcing models.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.
• Experience with operational due diligence and third‑party oversight.
