Job summary

LGPS Central is seeking a Private Markets Operations Analyst to support the Investment Operations team with the processing of new investment activity and life cycle support for existing investments. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous Fund Administration and/or Fund Accounting experience for Private Market investments.
• Some experience supporting Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, or Property investments.
• Understanding of outsourced administrator roles and how they interact with asset managers.
• Experience with CRD/IBOR platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of trade life cycle, call and distribution notices, and investment accounting requirements.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Private Market investments.
• Strong customer service track record, ideally with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Fund Managers.
• Prepare cashflow notices and manage cashflow activity with investors and General Partners.
• Bank and cash management and reconciliation.
• Monitor, process and pay invoices.
• Oversee outsourced administrator performance via KPI/SLA reviews.
• Support internal audits and participate in development of Target Operating Model.
• Provide ad-hoc project support.
• Maintain investment and accounting records and support valuation and reporting.
