Zusammenfassung

LGPS Central Limited is seeking a Head of Investment Centre of Excellence reporting to the CIO. You will lead strategic projects, oversee a new Centre of Excellence including investment oversight, research, trading and local investing, and ensure close alignment with Partner Funds’ needs and regulatory requirements.

You will build a high-performing team, influence investment culture, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value, governance, and transparent reporting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and implementing business plans.

Aufgaben

• Lead on strategic projects in collaboration with CIO and investment team.
• Oversee the Investment Centre of Excellence and its sub-functions.
• Ensure investments meet Partner Fund needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support the CIO with papers and key documentation in day-to-day work.
• Develop KPIs, set objectives, and mentor team members.
• Drive responsible investment integration and investment decision processes.
