Bolt is seeking a Global Head of Enterprise (Sales & Account Management) to lead Bolt Food & Delivery’s strategic merchant relationships across 17 countries. You will shape enterprise strategy, negotiate high-impact deals, and partner with senior teams to maximise long-term value and partner performance.

You will manage a large enterprise book, build Joint Business Plans, and drive growth while aligning with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Relocation to Tallinn is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts and multi-country negotiations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level counterparts, with strong English communication.

Responsabilités

• Define the enterprise strategy across national and international chains.
• Own and grow a large enterprise book of business with key accounts.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations on commissions, margins and investments.
• Drive expansion across markets and ensure governance, revenue visibility and partner health.
• Develop Joint Business Plans with top partners to drive growth and profitability.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Legal to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
