Job summary

Arriva Group is seeking an experienced Head of Internal Communications to lead colleague and operational communications across the business. You will translate priorities into clear, compelling narratives that support transformation, performance and engagement.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive understanding, alignment and action across frontline and office-based teams, using governance, tools and insights to continually improve communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading internal/colleague or operational communications in a large organisation.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into clear, engaging messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance and delivery of colleague and operational communications across the business.
• Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with priorities and change programmes.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate complex information into engaging messaging for frontline and dispersed teams.
• Drive engagement through channels, calendars and tools, measuring impact and iterating.
