Evotec seeks a Lead In Silico Business Partner, Biology to manage the global relationship between Biology Operations and the In Silico & AI function. You will translate biology priorities into actionable in silico and AI roadmaps, coordinating across Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, and Data Solutions.

You will drive multi-omics integration to ground target identification in disease biology and support portfolio-level decisions.

Competenze

PhD or MSc in life sciences or related field.
Experience in biotech/pharma environments.
Proven ability to work with disease biology and translational science.

Mansioni

Own the end-to-end relationship between Global Biology Operations and the In Silico & AI function globally.
Shape and own the in silico and AI roadmap for biology, focusing on Disease-to-Target.
Capture, structure and prioritise demand from biology leadership and translate into clear requirements.
Orchestrate in silico contributions across Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, AI Accelerator and Solutions & Data.
Drive use of multi-omics assets to ground target identification in real disease biology.
Support chemistry by biology flagship programmes ensuring targets flow into therapeutic design.
Partner on differentiating value propositions and segment innovation.
Provide input to segment prioritisation and investment cases.
Contribute to client proposals and bids with differentiation and pricing.
Track value delivered, including de-risking impact on priority programmes.
Serve as escalation point for conflicting priorities.
