Job summary

Ratcliffe College is seeking an ambitious Head of Immersion Programmes, Holiday Camps and Summer School to lead and develop its portfolio of educational programmes, including Immersion Programmes, Summer School, Holiday Camps and other enrichment opportunities.

This role is responsible for planning, development, delivery and commercial success of the College's short-course provision, ensuring an exceptional student experience while achieving recruitment, occupancy, revenue and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading educational programmes, summer schools or similar.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent safeguarding and student welfare understanding.
• Ability to balance operational excellence with commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of Immersion Programmes, Summer School and Holiday Camps.
• Oversee safeguarding, welfare and boarding arrangements.
• Recruit and manage seasonal staff and coordinate timetabling.
• Develop new educational opportunities and partnerships.
