Ratcliffe College in Leicestershire seeks an exceptional educational leader to join the Preparatory School Senior Management Team as Assistant Head Teaching & Learning. The role involves strategic curriculum development, quality assurance, and collaboration with the Head and Deputy Head of Preparatory School.

We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Preparatory School Senior Management Team as Assistant Head Teaching & Learning.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative teacher to lead the strategic development of teaching, learning and curriculum provision across the Prep School. Working closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Preparatory School, you will play a key role in shaping an ambitious, forward-thinking curriculum that ensures every pupil flourishes academically and personally.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the Prep School curriculum.
• Champion excellence in teaching and learning through evidence-informed practice.
