Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Head of Design & Sustainability - HVAC for our London client. Hybrid role with regular UK travel; salary £80,000-£100,000 DOE and a bonus scheme, car allowance, and employee-owned trust.

Lead the design division, shape decarbonisation strategy, and drive high-value proposals while mentoring engineers across all levels and strengthening senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Head up the Design division
• Oversee technical strategy for decarbonisation projects.
• Provide QA/QC on all design deliverables.
• Lead high-value proposals and client presentations.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Mentor engineers across all tiers.
• Lead high-value and costed proposals to clients, ensuring commercial and technical strength.
• Drive innovation in low-carbon design and financing models.
• Represent our client at industry events, panels, and conferences.
