Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC projects across the UK. You will manage from inception to handover, with site visits, surveys, designs, estimates, and client training.

A minimum of five years' experience in AHU, chiller and ventilation projects is required, with a 50/50 office-site work split. Benefits include a £70,000–£80,000 DOE salary, a £500 monthly car allowance, a management bonus scheme, and an employee-owned trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience delivering large scale HVAC projects.
• Experience running projects and managing engineers directly.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to handover, including site visits, surveys, designs, estimations and quotations.
• Negotiate and purchase materials; supervise labour; commissioning and client training.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget; lead a team of engineers and subcontractors.
