Job summary

A multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy in London is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will lead HVAC design projects, interact with clients, and mentor junior engineers. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in HVAC design, with a clear path to become a Senior Engineer. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £48K and a hybrid working model, providing flexibility to work from abroad for up to two weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC design within a consultancy or design & build contractor.
• Experience in residential, hotel, education, or mixed-use projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects from feasibility through to commissioning of MEP services.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients as the single point of contact for HVAC design.
• Lead projects and mentor engineers.
• Assist with design management, fee bids, and deliver client presentations.
