Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is recruiting Head of Design & Sustainability for a leading HVAC group in London. The role leads the design division, drives decarbonisation projects, and ensures QA/QC on deliverables while shaping high-value proposals.

Expect 40-50% travel to client sites and industry events. The role is hybrid with a basic salary of £80,000-£100,000 DOE, plus a bonus scheme, car allowance, employee-owned trust, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a design division, ideally from a contractor; consultancy background considered.
• 10+ years' building services/HVAC design experience.
• Recognised authority in decarbonisation and sustainability.

Head of Design & Sustainability - HVAC - Job Overview

Head of Design & Sustainability required for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the design, installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.

Location: London

• Head up the Design division

The opportunity will be a hybrid role with regular UK travel, expect 40-50% of time to be spent at client sites and industry events.
